Shipping + Returns
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Please note that orders cannot be mailed on US federal holidays.
All orders contain tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details at the time of shipment.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for shipping delays with the postal service. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly and file a police report when necessary.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However if your order has arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. In the email, be sure to include your order number as well as photos of the damage. We want to take care of you.
We will reply to your email within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
